They are right about black culture. I can have a reality firm and my brother can have a construction firm and instead of doing business together, we would secretly wish for the other’s downfall so we can feel like we’re better. Then we both lose. Together, we can pick each other to new heights.
@elliot21772 жыл бұрын
You dont think that is a human trait?lol.I dont think it has anything to do with race.
@Fatboypeet2 жыл бұрын
@@elliot2177 from what I’ve experienced, it’s more prevalent in the urban black culture and mainly the generation before mine’s (born in 60-70’s). You look a Jewish, Asians, some white cultures and they ensured to build for the next gen. Now their kids reap the benefits. Like damn, if you own 4 houses and the price on them quadruples, don’t take all the money so you can take some trips and buy a car.
@elliot21772 жыл бұрын
you have never been anywhere.lol.You think all asians,jews and some whites are on the right path.I lived in japan nikka.They do the same shit.Stop listening to massa and travel or read more..
@kaydee14852 жыл бұрын
@@Fatboypeet that more poverty culture than black culture, if you really look into other cultures and countries you'll see the same thing. Alot of the time there's this perception that these other cultures are 'greener grass' but if look closely there's alot of the same problems especially in their home countries. Heck just look into each culture's Twitter space and you'll be shocked how they talk to each other.
@Fatboypeet2 жыл бұрын
@@kaydee1485 that may be true. it’s a terrible phenomenon that, from my perspective, caused millennials to be in this space. I know countless with parents that were either assisted or outright given properties or other assistance and then decided to tell their kids they need to figure it out because they want to enjoy their lives (directly and indirectly). It’s crazy because they don’t realize that when they grow their legacy, they grow their own worth and resources exponentially.

“They not black” was such a great point to bring it up because it was designed literally designed for us to behave this way towards each other if it’s more frequently identified and discussed in these forums maybe it’ll reach more of our ppl …. Somewhat correct. Warren's business partners that helped him grow his net worth is a collection of early investors consisting of shareholders and actual partners (old old republican money). Munger's contributions came later in his career. By the time Munger came, Buffet's net worth was already crazy. Munger has been there to basically keep the ship steering.

If you're learning in the job, you're in a perfect position, people that don't want you to rise up will stop you from learning from them. Boss or Leader, whatever you want to call the man guy or woman is only a real boss when they allow their workers to learn how to be like them. BUT, the learner or worker has to WANT to learn, you have to want it.
