I've had this done 5 times. It doesn't fix the problem, especially in 1 aession. It eases it at best. I do recommend it, but I still have lower back pain

You have to understand this short term relief. I have compressed disc arthritis in my neck.i had to configure a neck strap to my pull down machine on my workout bench to replicate this ring dinger. I put 140lb on the pull down/neck strap.sit down quickly...pop pop pop! If I didn't have this set up I would be in surgery. Its given me relief for the last 10 years.hope this helps someone like it has me

I used to love going to the chiropractor, then one of my herniated discs ruptured while I was cleaning a house. I ended up with 2 spine surgeries… pins, screws, a bone graft and cage around the fused vertebrae. I don’t regret the surgeries. My surgeon did a wonderful job. I went in to the hospital in a wheelchair, unable to walk, and I came out upright using a walker. As I healed, I progressed from walker to cane, eventually unaided. I am grateful! On bad days or when I am incredibly tired I still use the cane but it is rare. I can’t find a chiropractor willing to treat me now due to the hardware in my spine. I miss the feeling of relief and ‘lightness’ I always got after an adjustment. Chiropractic care is a much-maligned branch of medicine I think because traditional medicine leans so heavily towards surgery and rehabilitation from the start. Personally, my issues were not able to be resolved by chiropractic treatment alone, but having received such treatment probably bought me quite a few years before my spine’s catastrophic fail. The combination of chiropractic and traditional therapies worked for me. My surgeries happened almost 20 years ago, and I am still walking, still able to lift and even work part time at 65 years old.
