Is there a way to find these more easily on Patreon, or is just doing a search the only way to find them?

I think it would be really interesting to see what you could achieve if you tried some classical guitar. Im sure you could pull off something nobody has ever done before.

The spider exercise is great to develop dexterity of finger positioning on the fretboard. My guitar teacher on that time back in 2007. He said to me "Speed up the solos when you mastered the fretboard with the spider walk otherwise you will still be overthinking where to place the fingers on the fretboard."

I’ve been playing for a little while and I’m definitely not bad. But I cannot for the life of me keep my pinky in place on that first exercise please help.
@christianramirez671811 сағат бұрын
@Steezus_Chrlst It's hand positioning. Make a fist on the right hand. Grab it with your left hand like a baseball. Now feel how it is. Turn it upside down. Take your thumb and grab the guitar neck. You see how it is now. Play like that. The pinky will learn muscle memory and you will eventually play better. Sounds a bit like sports, but that works with hand positioning as well. Rock on!🤘😎🎸

I feel like some of this advice shows exactly how to do some of exercises in the 60 min play along workout :) noticed because I've been practicing with it for the last few months 😅

I would be really grateful if you could do a palm muting video? Start with actually HOW to palm mute properly (mine are hit and miss and ive played 20 years...) then go on to advanced techniques like alternate picking while palm muting

It took me years to realize the palm muting in some songs is what actually makes the song work. Like "ride the lighting"

My pinky loves to try to wander, it's definitely closer than it used to be, but I have hobbit hands anyway so I have to stretch more for a lot of things others don't. This is a great video though!

Guys , i cant hold the fookin pick because of sweaty fingers, any tips?
@wombozombo2 күн бұрын
Don't sweat it
@Wandkater2 күн бұрын
there might be some picks that are sweat resistant or grip better, maybe you could rub something on your fingers.

I used to take some sandpaper to the surface and just rough it up to give myself some more grip. You can also try drilling little holes or even just scoring it with like a pocketknife or something
