@@stevenschuster yeah well also some days I do fasting and don't eat as much I don't like to eat too much anymore because overeating just makes me not want to do much it lowers my vibration as well... But yeah I do eat healthy mostly and take multivitamin and beetroot powder gives me endurance along with creatine powder.... Anyway thanks for stopping by brother....🫡
