The rate of fire is amasing. I like this much, butt... duration of every skill is still 8 second. Will buff duration bonus prolong time of forceful shot and quick fire skills? What if you stack maximum buff duration bonus you can find on every single piece of equipment and combine it with as much resourcefullness as you can get, maybe 50+? Could you try that?
