Here's a tip I never see anyone mention. Put your better stock on your swap to weapon for faster swaps. Don't put it on your primary because chances are your primary is going to be readyed up and firing before the enemy realizes but once you're in the middle of the fight you need that stock on your secondary so you can swap faster

having a stock on either weapon will decrease the time to swap weapons no matter which weapon is pulled out, usually I would recommend putting the stock on the heavier weapon like an lmg or an ar

If you ping the enemy distance you can use the mill dots on the scopes to adjust for bullet drop. 0-100 meters middle dot 200 meters second dot 300 meters 3rd dot.

Great video! let see... im from South America and im used to... savage people. -Use Golden Armor to give your teammates biggest shields, is better economy, specially if you are good at hidding or fighting from far away. -If you can see them, you can shoot them. Try do maximun damage from your better distance possible, close range doesn't mean melee. -Heal yourself as Lifeline while keep fighting without re shield your armor... is really risky in short range; but can buy time to your teammates in a lot of scenarios and even bait opponents because you are still broken. -As Bangalore says: Frag Grenades, good in interiors. USE THIS THINGS in houses! -A random shotgun with 16 bullets and 4 shields could be the best thing to you when just land. -PING ONCE, not 0 and not 5 times in a row, your teammates are gonna mute you or get kill do to your lack of communication. -Avoid using 2 short range guns, you will need to compensate somehow distance or your teammates for you.

IIRC there’s no way to increase reload speed on pistols as all mags on the guns no longer increase reload speed. The handling on pistols however have increased by 10% for Aim down speed, holster, and raise speeds

Another tip with octane can be when using a med kit right before finishing to pop it like about 0.9 seconds left. Pop your stim and the med kit will heal u fully while u still have speed.

So basically I have three tips: first, hot drop all the time because game is already boring af. The more you fight, the faster you get better. Second, literally uninstall your brain and do whatever you want on intuition. Hear a fight? Octane pad to them without any reason! Be absolutely brainless and don't overthink. If you suck tactics aren't your problem and they won't help you. Third, if you are on controller, reattach crouch (hold) onto L1, preferably with steam config so it won't mess with your other settings. Then in every single fight on close range crouch strafe and shoot without ads. Use flatline or smgs (preferably volt) because they have inadequate aim assist. All this helped me to get from silver - gold pubs to diamond - master lobbies where I can still own 80% of the lobby.

One more tip for octane if u see a team and u know that u can’t take ‘em make sure ur ult is ready and throw ur ult on one of ur enemies. With this trick u can launch away another enemy and u can take the others solo.And lastly go use the Jumpad u used on your enemy and rush the last dude trust me it’s worth a try

Turn your mini map rotation on In the settings, as the mini map is kinda big and very hard to figure out how you are oriented to your teammates. As the compass directions are always at the top of the screen you don’t need your mini map to stay stationary to the compass points.

for anyone that wants a 4k bagde here's some good tips: use long to medium range wepons for example the g7 scout,charge rifle and hemlock next tip is to always finish downed enemys this will give you a free 100 damage and the last tip is to have a loba on your team as she can provide a lot of ammo for the team and help a lot with the 4k.

Random crypto tip if you are using him I recommend gold evo because using his ult will destroy most legends abilities and take away half their shields. If you’re in the blast radius you only need 3 seconds to shield back up fully and charge while they are still low or trying to heal

Heres a nice tip everyone should use imo If your legend places something down that has an hurtbox, always try to use it as cover if you are in a bad spot, something like wattsons ult, catalyst traps, caustic gas traps or even lifeline care package, they can give you a pretty good advantage whenever you want to heal up or you need that small bit of cover, especially with catalyst if the enemy pushes you, because when the spike activates and you crouch into the orb, you are almost unkillable because of how big the ball hurbox is

The hollow spray tip in unreliable if you have played in firing range you have probably seen random hollow sprays you didn’t placed. I noticed that i get likes but no one is there. I believe it’s some sort of match making if other lobbies/games. How I think of it is that there are 2 or 3 games in a lobby as to firing range there are probably also 2 or more people in the range/lobby. I also think that maybe that’s why apex has random lag spikes every so often.(hopefully that made a bit of sense)

I disagree with tip number 80. If you're a bot, and stand in front of the door after a double kick you will definitely die immediately. However, I've been double kicking doors and just making sure to stay to one side of the door or the other. Usually what happens is my opponent will waste ammo shooting at where I was, allowing me to then rush in afterward for an easy knock (unless they have a full team inside, then I just play on the door or use grenades).

57 is actually really important. 2 times now ive been onetapped by someone wallbouncing and shooting me. The first was my first game of br in i dont even know how long. Immediately dropped with my friend screaming about people shooting him. He decides not to run from the area and gets knocked. I run to get him and see a bloodhound looting so i take some shots at him and crack him, just for me to go to the other side of my cover as an octane wallbounces and onetaps me with a peacekeeper. The second time was in control where i was running out of the first point since i had gotten cracked and didnt want to use a cell just for someone to come up and get me, just for me to go through a door and get wallbounce and onetapped by a prestige skin wraith. Where i drew the line at having crossplay on was when an octane ran into our backline on control, strafing all over the damn place while stemming, killing me everytime i tried to get to point or go around point. And then his whole team rolls up and starts spawn camping us. People using 301s from the roof like its a damn sentinal (with perfect aim at that). Like who thought it was a good idea to have crossplay on default(and ik what your saying “you wont fight against pc players unless one is in your party”, well tell that to the dozens of pc players id see when doing any mixtape mode.) like you have pc players who have unreal movement that can break any aim assist like your not even using it and practically prefect aim while being able to do an easy 180. Against the players who struggle just to deal with recoil

Imo there are only a handful of tips that truly matter. 1. Never magdump if you know it's not gonna hit 2. Pick a fitting secondary that IS faster to switch to rather than reloading 3. Instead of spending hours upon hours on training for movement plays, instead evaluate your games and learn map positioning, if you know your optimal location at all times, you won't have to rely on hoping the enemy misses you when you get jumped out in the open. Reason you don't see movement plays in higher skill tiers is because it's identical to mirage decoys in concept, it doesn't work against people who know how it works. 4. Wait until all squadmates die to quit the match 5. In pubs, experiment. Don't always go for your optimal legend or optimal loadout, there will be times when you're given a bad hand and you will need to adapt on the spot, stop putting scopes and sights on your weapons in TDM for this same reason. 6. Get better at inventory management. When last have you truly run out of ammo mid-late game? You don't need more than a stack of ammo for snipers/shotguns or a wingman. You don't need more than 2 stacks for a marksman or rampage. You don't need more than 3 stacks for any gun in the game. You don't need more than 2 medkits EVER (you don't need ANY for gold armor), you don't need more than 4 syringes if you aren't running gold armor, you don't need more than 4 batteries. 6,5. Instead, maximize grenades, they're practically tacticals, don't waste nades as starters, don't attempt a cheeky arc stuck knowing damn well it won't happen. use them when you know where the enemies are, use it as a way to force them into a move when you can't risk peeking them. don't drop nades to clear inventory space, use them to clear inventory space.

One tip you forgot to mention is that when you have a gold mag priorotize that firearm first so when you switch to your secondary and end up reloading both guns are reloaded I see way to many people mess this up. Its not on a timer its when you reload your secondary is when youll get the benefit.

Probably better to help your team or play from a bit of range, chances are the enemy will also not have much shields/heals
