Nah fr tho, marvel rivals absolutely cooked with how they made mantis’s kit. It’s like they hand picked everything that made playing support heroes in Overwatch fun into one character. You have to manage resources like Brig packs, sleep divers like Ana, damage boost your team like Mercy but you can actually do other stuff at the same time, do damage and hit headshots like Kiriko, has a very good ultimate like Lucio, and has self speed like Lucio.

Mantis is damn strong, Luna and Rocket are also super strong. I think the only truly balanced support is Adam Warlock (shocking, the character who can mass rez... by the way, the Marvel Jesus doing his thing at 8:22, glorious), Jeff is just a bit undertunned. And you referenced Mercy, it's fun to me how Mercy is at the same time the fan favorite (she has the most skins in the game, you don't need more facts than that), but she is also hated because of her impact as a entry level character. And goddamn Mantis is not entry level, the devs were crazy giving her a single star, she is 3 stars at least, if not 4 stars
