The measurements for pasta dough are not correct if you are using two eggs . If you are using two eggs then you need to take 1.5 cups of flour otherwise it will be way runny and sticky. Tips : oil your surface and oil tour hands to knead the dough other wise it will keeep on sticking and make a huge mess . And u can knead for 5 min too until the dough is soft and if its hot put the dough in fridge to rest
