Say something like Lord Jesus, I am finding it hard to let go of anger and unforgiveness, please help me forgive and let go of the spirit of bitterness and resentment. And observe anytime you feel that emotion and immediately ask for help from our Lord. It doesn't happen in a day but I can assure you, Jesus wants to heal your heart and he will make it happen. Trust in him and don't give up. Be blessed ❤️

The holy spirit helped me through a rough time at my new job, I was very anxious before going to work. I quoted some scripture and said a very short prayer before heading to work. When I got there, I met this very nice colleague that I hadn't seen before and it made me feel calm and welcomed. Just a few hours later an old friend from high school that I hadn't seen in years came by and we recognized each other. We catched up and spoke to each other about life and it was great. I was working an 8 hour shift and the first 5 hours went by like a breeze. Truly thankful to God for divine help that gave me not only peace but mental and physical energy that sustained me the entire shift.

I was always falling into lust evertytime . When I've fallen into temptation, there's this force inside of me that, although disapproves my sinful behaviour, nonetheless let's me know He will NEVER give up on me. While Satan belittles & accuses me saying stuff like "Oh well, I doubt God will forgive you this time you pathetic hypocrite", the Holy Spirit says: "you've fallen, but you'll get up stronger".
