Nurgle has some of the most interesting lore based creatures. One of the creatures the beasts of Nurgle are colossal slug like deamons that literally have the mindset of excited puppies wanting to play with everyone. They will attempt to 'lick' their new friends in displays of excitement to play and when they hear the joyous screams of their new friends it fills the beasts with such happiness they'll decide to cuddle their new friend. After the house sized slug has finished rolling on top of his new friend he'll notice the meat paste has become very quiet. This makes the beast sad, but that's okay. He'll go make a new friend. There are always more friends!

Fun bit of trivia- In the 42nd Millenium information on the Traitor Primarchs is so censored that even high ranking members of the Ecchlesiarchy believe that the Emperor created 9 Primarchs to fight against the 9 great Fiends created by the Chaos Gods to end Humanity. The strongest of these 9 was of course Horus, created as a twisted mirror of the Emperor. When Guilleman mentioned his father creating 20 Primarchs and 2 being erased to a priest, said priest had a reaction somewhere between, "There was more going on in history than I thought" and, "Oh no. I probably would have been better off not hearing that."

Nurgle demons are so fun loving that in one book 6 of the 7 greater demons invaded a hospital world. the 6th demon made an amazing entrance. A giant blighted space whale landed on the planet as all a hoard of demons begin to chant "ku'gath ku'gath ku'gath" as the stomach of the space whale bursts open as Ku'gath exits it like some pus filled cool-aid man. He then commands them to stop singing and dancing because they still need to actually invade and some of them still try to argue with him.

He personally "made" 18 (21) Demigod's, of the warp, who could live within a human frame and not need the Warp to exist. The most popular example of Primarchs fighting Greater Daemons is the Primarch of the Blood Angels Legion, Sanguinius and the Bloodthirster of Khorne, Ka'Bandha. That rivalry started during the Signus Campaign in the opening of the Horus Heresy, where Ka'Bandha overpowered Sanguinius and killed 500 Blood Angels in such a short period of time that the psychic backlash knocked Sanguinius unconscious. Ultimately coming to a head during the Siege of Terra where Sanguinius eventually beat the Bloodthirster, uttering the quote: "If you truly do hail from the realm that men once called Hell, when you return there, tell your kindred that it was Sanguinius who threw you back" before sending him back to The Warp. Even long after the death of Sanguinius at the end of the Horus Heresy Ka'Bandha still exists in the modern setting, making it his mission to destroy the Blood Angels and their Successor Chapters as some kind of revenge against the long passed Primarch who humiliated him 10,000 years ago. Most other Greater Daemons aren't really detailed with rivalries against any other Primarchs, but Greater Daemons such as Skarbrand, Kairos Fateweaver, Ku'gath Plaguefather, Rotigus, Kyriss the Perverse and Amnaich the Golden have been developed with personalities and stories where they've had big moments in them. Almost always taking a large role in a battle or campaign, Kyriss the Perverse having a role in the Signus Campaign just like Ka'Bandha. Hoping for a Daemon Prince video eventually. Including the Chaos Undivided Princes such as Be'lakor "First Damned" who as the nickname suggests, was the first ever Daemon Prince to be created from a mortal, who he was before becoming Be'lakor is unknown or what species he was, only that he now is easily one of, if not the most powerful Daemon Princes to exist, he serves no Chaos God in particular, even working to go against them at any available opportunity.

You should also do a more specific lore dive into the other factions. For example, there is a lot of interesting kore for the farsighted enclave and it’s the same with each individual craft world. Each faction is extremely fleshed out. What you got in those overviews was veeeeery surface level. Another character worth looking into is Trazyn the infinite

One small problem with being The Lord of Change, that means even your plans are subject to change and since it's chaos sometimes it's a good thing and sometimes it's a bad thing. Something else I considered, there is the rivalry between Khorne and Slaanesh and the rivalry between Nurgle and Tzeencht but there are also subtle "benefits" each chaos god gets from the others acting. For example Khorne brings about wounds and death two places where the festering decay makes its home and through that pain may cause someone to seek entrance into Nurgles family. I can imagine these "positive" actions for each chaos god that in playing The Great Game they will inevitably strengthen and introduce opportunities for the other chaos gods which aids in continuing the struggle for dominance.

Additionally, for your average person, especially those in the average living conditions of an Imperial Hive, mining, forge or feudal world, the idea of eldritch powers that can grant unthinkable power in exchange for sacrifices can be EXTREMELY tempting and convincing. Really, only those who need to deal with Chaos on a regular basis and who are trained to handle its dangers and risks should have knowledge of it in detail. The problem is, a lot of those people are also kept in the dark about its nature, and thus, it results in a lot of situations where Imperial forces are handicapped and improperly-prepared against Chaos and especially Daemonic forces. The zeal instilled into your average Guardsman by their clerical elements do legitimately help by shifting the overall mental Warp reflection of the troops to feed Chaos less, but faith can only go so far when you have a very fast horde of flaming monsters who are nearly-invulnerable to standard weaponry and can effortlessly dominate in melee against any non-plot-armored mortal soldier. Oftentimes, the first time a Guard regiment faces against Chaos forces, they need to learn how to best survive and deal with them on the fly, which usually lads to lots of potentially-avoidable casualties. The Imperium is hellbent on keeping as much of their own people in the dark about as many things as possible in order to better prevent dissent and rebellion but that just makes it more difficult for those with the means and authority to actually know what the fuck they're doing to get the job done, or at least they can't be in enough places to stop the damage without sacrificing other places. And this isn't just a problem in the modern Imperium, the Emperor Himself held back knowledge about the real threat and nature of Chaos from not just the general populace and military, but from the Astartes Legions and the Primarchs themselves. This directly contributed to the fall and corruption of several Traitor legions, and the inability for loyal forces to effectively deal with the Chaos powers and assets of the Traitors for a good percentage of the Heresy. The worst case of this was Magnus, th dude was literally created to be the 2nd-greatest human psyker ever and would have played an instrumental role in the future of the Imperium by safely sitting on the Golden Throne and allowing human ships to navigate the Webway, but in not telling him of it, the Emperor allowed Magnus to think that by breaking his laws against sorcery and destroying the psychic shields to the secret Webway project to warn the Emperor of Horus' betrayal, he was doing the right thing. Like, come on! the Emperor essentially told Magnus that "DO NOT DO THE THING YOU WERE MADE TO DO. REASON: JUST TRUST ME BRO" and then let Magnus back into the galaxy with little in the way of any effective supervision when instead he should have told Magnus everything h knew about the dangers of Chaos and why fucking around with them unprepared is a REALLY BAD idea, allowing his questions and curiosities to be answered in a controlled manner while still restricting his practical capability. The Emperor also completely dismissing the warning that Magnus had been so desperate to send to the extent that Leman Russ and Valdor (the general of the Custodes) were still willing to listen to Horus (who claimed to be speaking for the Emperor) instead of just the Emperor directly, led to the burning of Prospero. 8:30 The main reason is that the more powerful the Warp entity, the harder of a time it has maintaining a presence in the material universe, and the more disruption to the barrier between dimensions is required to summon them in and keep them there, meaning that far more Chaos shit and sacrifices are needed to essentially fund the operating costs of keeping a greater daemon in the material plane than that of much less powerful and lesser demons, just like how it costs a lot more to maintain something like an Aircraft carrier compared to a PT boat. 13:58 There's another particularly interesting Daemon character associated with Tzeentch called Yssarile the Daemon King, who actually fought a rebellion against his god to usurp him, and lasted a good long while (given this is in Warp time where time is a suggestion, but it's still pretty impressive). 40:14 Another reliable tactic is to use anti-Warp measures like psychic blanks, negatively-charged Blackstone or Null-field tech (the latter of which is something the Necrons are extremely and seemingly the exclusive masters of) to project anti-Warp areas of influence that, if strong enough, can prevent Warp entities and corruption from manifesting within an area and dissipate any Warp presence caught within it at the time of activation. Nux, I really recommend that you look up something called the "Imperial Infantryman's Uplifting Primer", it's the in-lore field guide for Guardsmen across the galaxy that is supposed to be treated as infallible gospel, and it contains some of the greatest cope and gaslighting ever seen in any fictional universe. It makes North Korean propaganda look factual and unbiased in comparison. Of course, most Guard forces eventually learn that the primer is a bunch of bull after surviving their initial deployments against the various enemies of the Imperium, but it is a great look into just how bad the misinformation hole goes in the Imperium and that it is not due to its nature that it has survived the last 10-11 millennia, but in spite of it.

25:45 Chaos is seen as the worst threat because even if you kill daemons, they just lose their corporeal manifestations and return to the warp to reform. You can only truly kill a daemon if you go into the warp, but doing so is very hard, and staying alive inside is harder. A few individuals have done it, but big groups or armies have never prospered.
