Its always nice to see a new Presequel run! If you ask me, the pre-sequel is way over hated. I love a lot of the mechanics like the low gravity, in air boosts, slam attacks, etc. Playing as Athena, Timothy and Aurelia is really fun.

Pre sequels VHs had some really good synergy with all of their skill trees. Athena was my main but each character felt great to play

So remember when Skyrim came out on PC and people with great hardware were running into a lot of physics bugs? Well, that's basically the answer to your "why does that work at 30fps" A lot of older engines, to make physics calculations easier, would tie physics and framerate together. Because consoles capped their FPS to 30 or 60 (30 in this case) the physics would work "Best" at 30 fps It's stupid but it's true (and now newer games are still struggling with this, most recently, Bungie and Destiny, where DoT effects would scale depending on your FPS, but I think that got patched, I think...)

OMG - I never thought of dropping the framerate to make that jump! I might just start a new playthrough to test it. There were a few things in Borderlands 2 that hitched on framerate as well - Claptrap getting stuck on the elevator up to Flint, Jessup running to open the door, getting stuck on the step outside raiders HQ in Sanctuary...

Underappreciated game tbh. Fun new mechanics like O2 kits and butt slamming. Good choices for playable characters, only major complaint from me is how every character except nisha had a skill tree that felt semi useless if you're not doing co-op

I say it all the time on all the borderlands videos that exist on the internet but I really hope that after they make Borderlands 4 with a hopefully shiny new engine that go back and remake 1,2, and TPS in the new engine. 1 in particular would practically be anew experience on just the Borderlands 3 engine, imagine it on whatever 4 is running on?

ayyyy I just finished TPS achievements last week I had all but the shatter 3 frozen enemies achievement and claptraps action packages one for the last year and a half since i started doing the achievements literally was at like 98% for so long since i couldn't get that shatter one to work and then was playing through as claptrap to get his achievement and got lucky with a frost bouncing betty and froze 3 enemies at once and boom finally finished the achievements

Remember the game was initially released on PS3 and Xbox 360, that would probably explain why 30 fps works so well.

Hardest achievement for me this was finding 3 other people to do the ghost hunting questline. Guess for a youtuber that would be alot easier to do. Goodluck and have fun.

the pre sequels achievements are so much more reasonable than borderlands 2 especially due to there not being any slog dlcs like hammerlocks hunt or borderlands 1's Moxxi dlc
