Edit: Just did some calculation and the way they could get 163 SPD on Sunday with no SPD relic buffs is having at least 2 pieces with 2× SPD and 3 pieces with 3× SPD with SPD main stat boots

I wondered about this for days and I came to the conclusion it's a bug. My conclusion is derived from Robin being unable to override it. Robin can override all themes (apart from Bosses). If a boss faints while her ultimate is active, Robin's song will take over. The song from Fugue's ultimate can't be overridden, regardless of the order it's used. It overlaps every theme in the game including bosses.

​@@hareshrk6259 no they are not, toughness reduction and weakness break efficieny are 2 seperate multipliers. Boothill base EBA toughness is 60 ( I think 20 in the new system, just divide numbers by 3) Pocket trickshot makes that 90 at 1 stack, 120 at 2 stacks and 150 at 3 stacks. Weakness break efficieny is applied after this increase. So Ruan mei increase the final number at each stack by 50%. So no stacks = 90, 1 stack = 135, 2 stacks = 180 3 stacks = 225. E1 fugue then obviously adds another 50% additively NOT multiplicitively So no stacks = 120 1 stack = 180 2 stacks = 240 3 stacks = 300 If it were just 250% weakness break efficiency boothill would work way worse with Ruan mei and fugue e1, since his final pocket trickshot would just be 60 +250% which is only 210.

Toughness reduction is not break efficiency, it's an independent multiplier. You can think of it as adding more toughness damage to the original value. And no, it does not give the same toughness damage in th end.

Harmony mc doesn't do a lot for boothill usually since he can deal great damage even without superbreak, thats why most people used to run him with ruan mei, bronya and a sustain, now that fugue is out its a whole different story (she is bis for him not cuz of her superbreak but cuz of the colorless break)

4:11 idk about putting c.dmg body, i also have and testing with c.dmg, c.rate, atk body mix with psic/atk orb, and every time i try w/ow pasif 3 coin on Boothil, they do same dmg like minus 8/10k in total .. and im testing it around 248% - 256% BE offfield / standby, testing it just boost with ruanmei skill and the same enem mob. For my conclusion how make Boothil Deal more dmg put Psical orb (bcs this Orb making the difference) and bunch of BE (regardles with any debuff enemy minus resist+ingnore def ur using, if you making this strat onfield is gonna be different story)😂 . What i want to say, c.dmg Body is nessecery if Have best BE on it, i rather using Def% in Daily. But if you Have "this" kind A setup (E1 this E1 that) is whatever. Enjoy you Cooking, But yeah using Boothil like this vid is so satisfyng i never bored using This Cowboy ❤

It also deals extra Ice Break Dmg as if Ruan Mei broke them. That's it unless you have E1 which lets the field her ultimate deploys, ignore 20% of the target's defense.
