I know the best order for all the Tiers S=Gendo, Madara, Pain, Azien, yhwach and griffith A=AFO, Shou Tucker, Perfect Cell, Freiza, Dio, and del felimingo B=Blackbeard, hisoka, Chrollo Lucifer , toguro, solf j kimblee, and Johan C=muzan, Pegasus , Kaidou , garou, Merume , and Dante D=Team Rocket, Rod Reiss, Father, and askeladd, F=lady kaguya this is IMO the best list for all the Villains. Let me know what yall think about it? (we're missing bakura, marik, shinobu sensui, Obitio, kid Buu, Baby Vegeta, Super 17, Pride/Warth aka king bradley, Envy, Shō Kusakabe and orochimaru )

I could not care how well written muzan is (though I still think he is kind of meh), I could never take him seriously as a villain since his Michael Jackson cosplay design is so bad for whos supposed to be the big bad of demon slayer. Hes a less charming Dio, both being essentially vampires wanting unlimited power and control over the world, but Dio is so much more interesting and fun to watch.

He doesn't want to rule the world,i don't know where you got it from,he only wants to be able to walk in the sunlight so he will be completely immortal and can't die,he made demons to find blue spider Lilly or someone to conquer the sun so he can absorbed them. He had a more reachable goal than Dio did,Dio feels like some obsessive yandere ex girlfriend of joestar family which is lame.

I'm going to go on a limb and assume several of those people didn't read/watch Hunter x Hunter. I know everyone is entitled to their opinion, but putting Chrollo at C, and Hisoka and Meruem at D is something for sure. Same with Madara in C. He's at least B (I would put him in A). In the opposite direction, I'm glad Johan and Griffith were put back in S. They're two of the best-written villains with Aizen in my opinion. Lastly, having Shou Tucker that high is wild to me.

Bruhh why is afo there replace him with shigaraki Ik that shigaraki is an antagonist not a villains But its better having him then old man afo But tbh afo is a menace Afo has done levels of menacing things that could compare to shou tucker. Afo literally convincing someone to have a child just so he could take over that childs body when he grows up He pretty much was planning on using shigaraki body as a vessel even before he was born. And remember afo was born pure evil Straight outta the womb and he killed his mother stole her power and killed many other people probably at the age of 1-5
