18:00 is easy. just poke one of the flat iron claws into the side between the lash as the package is on the side...use often this methode 19:35 try to get first the ones on the back or front, the middle one resist more because of the tension they get from behind and front one, at front and back the holding lines are open, so there is less strengh working from the sides :D 21:00 stop thinking like a bot, just hit the claw between the three towers, they will fall....use the claw itself to push things down, use the claws only if you have to, otherwise you waste money, just use the claws and the weight of the claw mashine itself to push things ^^
