Your videos are some of the most down to earth and real detailing videos on KZbin. No staged bollocks, no fancy over the top nonsense, just honest hard work. Keep up the great work 🚗

Clean and polish in value,makes a huge impression now a desirable place to sit not a filthy hole out the rain ,a clean car smell as well,pride in making the car look so good.

I’m flipping cars as a hobby business and way to fund my classic car disease. At the start of the year I tried to up my game. Full detail and machine polish, engine service, fresh mot, paper mats, air freshener etc. Big effort and very time consuming. To my surprise it went against me. The cars were so well prepared people were treating me like a garage retailer, asking about warranty etc and were even a little standoffish as to why the car was so clean (I know it’s crazy). It took me 4 weeks to prep and sell 3 cars. I’m lucky to have a good supply so I can sell as many as I can get through. I’ve now gone back to a case by case basis and give them ‘what they need’. Clean, safe and well presented in the ad. I’ve sold 6 in the last two weeks. I suppose what I’m saying is sometimes the extra effort does not necessarily mean extra reward. Stack em deep and sell em cheap.

00:00 - 00:43 I love your explaination of why you do these cheap car turnarounds 😂 Just so much better than those over the top American detail KZbin channels
@MazdaChris9 ай бұрын
One thing that I love about this channel - other than the tremendously calming editing and presentation style - is specifically the attention given to cars like this. While I'm sure we all enjoy seeing pampered garage queens worth six figures being brought back to better-than-showroom condition, (or "barn finds" that turn out suspiciously free of the kind of blemishes that a car that's been sitting for 20 years should have), the reality is that when most of us get out our buckets and polishers at the weekend it'll be to work on a car like this. And in some ways the transformation is even more impressive for it. I totally agree that there's something immensely satisfying, especially in this disposable age, in bringing a car that many people would assume is ready for the scrap heap back to a condition where someone can love driving it for many years to come. Great work.

I've said something similar before I think but nice video, and I know it's a balance between your natural inclination to detail a car as good as you can, and the money you'll earn from it and time it takes, but you have a great attitude 👍🏼 enjoyable, top marks mate
