That's not bad, but I think you'd have had better results if you had practiced more with Sixshot Ultimate and it helps with precision flicking. Gridshot is nice as a warm up. But nonetheless, it's amazing that you hit Ascendant

Havent finished the video yet but a great tip for yall that are starting from the bottom, dont play like 2 hours of aimlab and one val game, i promisse you you are 100% gonna get better by just playing the game a lot. And once you feel like you already learned the game movement and all that stuff go for aimlab to polish your gameplay. If you notice at the beggining of the video, his aim wasnt even the biggest problem, he didnt have great positioning and was shooting while moving. You can get to like diamond without even having a good aim, game sense and good position will get you far!

While that is true, a normal game of valorant is like 20+ min plus queueing time, you can get way more out of practicing your aim first then worry about mechanics later
@mainingredient7429
@mainingredient7429 5 күн бұрын
This is so true, I've never even played Valorant and the first thing I noticed was how bad his crosshair placement was when moving & peeking during the first part of the video, his crosshair is so far away from where you would expect an enemy to come from and that makes it way harder to hit the shot fast enough.

Aim training is important and you should do it every day, you just shouldn't get obsessed with it. Select 1 training routine and do it every day, that is all you need. Game sense just takes a lot more time to improve and therefore should be your focus
@VengeanceCore
@VengeanceCore 7 ай бұрын
@@nihi ye agreed, I do 1 or 2 grid shots as fast as i possibly can, as a warm up, Then do 2 of the six shot type things ware you just shoot tiny dots and basically just try to be accurate on it and not think about speed to much. I learned that when it comes to aim practice, less can be more. Playing movement combined with shooting at targets as warmup is great, and after you've played your games end the day with the aim training. If you push your aim before the games fatigue will get you. Ofc, going hard at aim pracc will eventually work, but you can gain just as much with less practice by optimizing the routines. Undertsaning how muscle memory and hand to eye coordination works is a big plus. My sources are several videos i watched that explained some studies around this a while ago. When you're done with your games your hand to eye and muscle memory are sort of set to default. Then you'll prac aim and you'll notice you might be making more mistakes, but that is when your training starts fixing your "default" aim mistakes. Instead of the defaults overwriting your hard work when instincts kick in. Hope it made sense. Good work!

Love what you said at 21:10 I definitely agree that aim is above anything else because with SHOOTER games, it's a MUST for aim to take no 1 priority. Yes you may know how to constantly have an staring at their butts advantangeous position, but if you whiff, there's no point. I'm codm legendary and aim is what allows me to stay alive every 1v3 or 4 even 5 (when they're all on me, not individual 1v1s) and yes movement and game sense etc is important, it only helps you outside the gunfight, and during a gunfight, aim reigns superior. Even I can't hit a headshot when I'm behind an enemy in valorant

@17:31 I press the DOUBT button at finishing the season in Silver 2 and then right after being placed in Platinum 2. The difference between Plat2 and Silver2 is on paper the same as between Iron2 and Silver2, but also much MUCH! harder to achieve. I find it very hard to believe that at the end of episode 1 those were Silver lobbies, and then the second episode it's Plat lobbies. In my personal experience on the European server, Silver and Gold are the most infested by smurfs, and climbing is all sorts of wrong because of smurfs in the other team wanting to win, and smurfs in your team wanting to lose. And just to be clear, the smurfing problem is worse, deathmatch servers are full of low account level smurfs, discord servers dedicated to smurfing activities in a party like trolling to drop rank or stomping even harder. There are few smurfs that raise new accounts, troll hard during placement (or even buy lvl 20 accounts) and these will stomp hard. But there are many other smurfs that float the same account, playing for their own pettiness in lower ranks. And I mean the Diamonds and Ascendants floating in Gold, and the Plats and Diamonds floating in Silver or lower.

Hello, I watched your video. Although I have only been practicing with AIMLAB for a week, I have made significant progress. My SIXSHOT score went from 63,000 on the first day (with a maximum of 67,000) to consistently exceeding 80,000 from the sixth day onwards. I practice for approximately 2 hours every day. Here are some of my experiences and insights: 1. Avoid practicing the same task continuously. 2. I focus on practicing only six tasks: LINETRACE, GRIDSHOT, SPIDERSHOT, MICROSHOT, HEADSHOT, and SIXSHOT. 3. (Key point) Use a metronome for training and maintain a rhythmic practice, especially for SIXSHOT. 4. Take a 15-20 minute break between each cycle of practice. 5. After completing the training, it is okay to play some relaxing shooting games (non-competitive mode). 6. (Key point) Practice each cycle with different sensitivities, such as 800, 1600, 3200, or even higher. Regarding the method of practicing with a metronome, it is essential to follow the beat, regardless of hitting the target (maintain the rhythm). (Key point) Use a metronome with different tempos for practice, ensuring a hit rate of over 97% (ideally 100%) for each sensitivity setting. The metronome's tempo interval is set at 5 BPM. For example, if I already achieve a hit rate of over 97% at 70 BPM, I switch to practicing with a metronome set at 75 BPM. I hope these insights will be helpful for some beginners. Thank you.

@@FuzzyDPozzy Thanks to @Sin_VAL for explaining that switching DPI is quite important, but in games, you still need a fixed DPI for playing. "Quickly moving the crosshair and hitting the target" is referred to as 'muscle memory' in some situations, but I prefer to call it hand-eye coordination. The reason for not using a fixed DPI during practice is to prevent you from developing such 'muscle memory', enabling you to achieve 'hand-eye coordination'.

Hitting 100k is very difficult, I haven't played Aim labs or Kovaac's every day or anything but, with 500 hours in AL and K combined + another 3k in cs2 and 4k in apex respectively I can just barely reach 100k. Hitting 92k in 30 days is darn impressive.

You hitting "that" rank at the beginning of the "last" act is the reason people complain about smurfs. You don't deserve to be in that rank, but you are. Now you're gonna own those in that rank until you rank up, while having them complain about you, and the cycle repeats over and over for everyone XD

This is very interesting for me, you were way better then me in aimlabs on day 1 but not as good in valorant. Maybe aimlabs dont help as much as i think it does.

My experience is getting to diamond2 after join Valorant as my first fps game in 2 months: At first, I’m learning abilities (enemy location already mastered in other games) Then, I trained in range for aim and get the white dot Crosshair without outline Afterwards, I went for map spots and tricks (playing sage) After 2 weeks, my aim get good, but my peeking isn’t good. I went for a few peeking guide and go for some team strategy guide. Learning, movement, marshal instant aim. 2 weeks after, I go for comps and with higher ms advantage of peeking, I gone from unranked to plat3. And I learnt a lot of calm aim, flicks, and the win rate of peeking in an angle. My process is: ability > aim > map > movement > peeking > more aim > more peeking
