For future reference if you ever end up using Arcanus again: on day 50 (which I totally don’t remember) you died of magic burnout- hence the mod developer joke. Basically you cast too many spells without letting your mana regenerate.

The mod really should have some way of letting the player know that that's a thing.

@@5uperM It does, once the blue in the mana bar depletes you start getting red coming in from the left of the bar and it says in chat “You’re starting to feel a bit worn out.” I agree it definitely could be better though, and the mod dev said they were gonna completely axe the burnout feature in later versions of the mod (1.18+ I think)

OP spells in the D&D 5e Player's Handbook: Chill Touch (Prevents Healing) Silence (Only 7 spells in the PHB can be cast from within Silence) Counterspell (One of the 7 spells mentioned above) Wish (Duh!) Antimagic Sphere (Best proactive measure against Wish) Eldritch Blast (Proper Sorcerer/Warlock build can give it a range of up to 1200 feet. For comparison, 1320 feet is a quarter of a mile. Also, can hit Ethereal targets.)

Your magical ability to have others forget works not on one who has mastered that spell with it being their very first of it! Was very funny to experience it the first times, but i had to keep casting the death spell to near death spell to only a death spell when overly used given my Staff Growth. Being the tiny minor sized mage that i was, i enjoyed that wand plenty. Absolutely love seeing familiar mods

Something that would be awesome for a structure mod would be an invisible sphere or cylinder Made of barrier blocks surrounding the structure, except for two blocks at ground level. This would cause you to have to go through the dungeon, or what have you, ends fight your way through. After clearing the place out the “Forcefield “would disappear. Imagine not being able to cheese the battle towers mod

Armor Restriction is there for any D&D/Pathfinder class, but a permanent weakness on top of it completely kills this class as most of your time will be spent below Y 64. Any other class in this mod pack would have been significantly better, especially after you get the elytra!

the shenanigans on day 50 were actually a mechanic, basically you cast a big spell with low mana, when the mana turns red it means you're overexerted so you had 1.5 mana left, the spell solar strike costs your entire mana bar, so it killed you. not well explained but technically intentional design

Btw that "solar strike" spell is the most powerful one in the mod and it summons a huge laser from the sky at your target. The only downside is that it uses a lot of mana. Also, on day 50 I'm assuming you died because you aimed at the vexes and so it casted the spell onto the vexes, killing you as well. But maybe you just used too much mana.

It always hurts me when those 100 Days people don't install Inventory Tweaks for sorting their chests and when they do have it installed they just completely ignore its existence... And also the fact that once there's Spartan Weaponry in the modpack all of you go for two-handed weapons but still use shields or have something in your off-hand at all times. Two-Handed weapons will deal smaller amount of dmg in a very slow swing because they're meant to be used with off-hand being empty, once you hold a shield you are making it harder to engage in combat and that's why all of you always end up with half a heart in the middle of big enemy swarm... If you're gonna use shields then get a diamond saber instead or ditch the whole Spartan Weaponry mod because unless it's modified properly almost all of those weapons do less dmg than the Netherite Sword. You're literally better off using an Iron Sword.

as the developer of Arcanus: Legacy (the mod that did absolutely nothing on Day 50), yeah, that's fair xD there's a reason I made a sequel to it. AL was just meant to be a little thing to push areas i wasnt proficient in when it came to modding, and then it kinda... blew up - pun intended also I really love the story telling that seems to be going on. a friend shared this video with me, and decided to give this a watch before work, and it's really good!
