Yeah that is pretty ironic. In mythology the way a Wendigo is created is either through cannibalism, usually happening during the winter months though probably not exclusively. Or by victims being transformed into wendigos themselves after giving in to their carnivorous desires. Not including a few other things in the mythology that include eating mean and human flesh.

I like how the bark on some trees is "scraped" off. I'm from woods and deers irl scrape trees like that when they are about to lose their antlers.For deers, it feels kinda itchy when the antlers are about to fall so they rub on trees to make them fall. (in my country deers usually lose em in the late winter / early spring season.)

The entire part with that demonic distorted steve was one of the scariest things i have ever seen in Minecraft, if not the scariest. His words "my skin is stretched to its limits", "please help me", "do you know what happened to me" makes us sympathise to it. I have never been so scared the entire time while Shadow was in the tunnels, and the thing was literally crawling, freezing and then suddenly running like a literal demon, was so damn SCARY. I have never been scared like that before. Thing just comes out of NOWHERE (Also Shadow, the ego thing you said is ironic. Australia is the smallest continent in the world 😂)

Ok I just looked it up, seems like you could know when it attacks. Wiki says 2 nights before its attack you are able to hear it a few times. At the day of the attack, there should be thick fog. The wiki also says its stronger in the dark.

Great video :) For the snow/powdered snow one way to see if it is the safe kind is if it has snow layers on top or you can place a torch on it. Also you can use water from your water bucket to clear large areas of it

45 in, but if you're using Cold Sweat as your temperature sensitivity mod, you can craft a sewing table to add leather or goat hide to armor to make it warmer. you can also make blocks that can warm or cool a room, though those are a little harder to craft. Also "Why aren't my plants growing?" your water froze... Use leaves or some other water loggable block... Or a torch...

The whole vibe of this video, the music, the setting, all of it, reminds me so much of "The Long Dark." Super fun game if you like survival games. The fact it's supposed to be in Canada and the Northern lights too, just perfect. Highly recommend the game.
