I love the wall made with old roofing tiles and ginger jars topped with that gorgeous wood counter! Wonderful recycling and repurposing! The bamboo fence with Shou Sugi Ban technique will last a long time!

Building methods are vastly different from standards in other parts of the world. That is what makes these vlogs interesting. Gotta so, though, that the finishes are sometimes a bit rough! As someone else has also mentioned, it would be great to see the finished house inside as well.

Yeah, sadly in much of the US you have to get permits and wait forever for those and inspectors to come out and approve the work done. So few places where you can just get it done yourself. So nice to see how one can without all that and some help from friends!

Wow. I love this house. The landscaping is beautiful. I like the curves and different heights. They should have put a watering system in gardens to save time. Wow! So wonderful! Incredible work in only 100 days! If my understanding is good, it will not become an inhabited house, but maybe something like a public area? With the inside part like a sort of museum or something like this? It was a huge area to renovate! the gardens are awesome...and all your creations so original and keeping the traditional smart asiatic ancient style...in a modern way...The kitchen counter is a masterpiece of art!!
