100 Days Waterloo: First Assault of Ligny

Napoleon's army and the British force draw first blood at the town of Ligny, situated on the river bearing the same name. French victory was hard won, with many veteran troops falling to coalition bullets, but the British redcoats would eventually be pushed out of the town.
