That sure was a quick video...lol It was fun to watch though. ❤ What a let down when you thought you weren't gonna get an IOU, abs then realized, you were looking at the wrong amounts. 😂 Could you maybe cross off the top numbers so you don't look at them? Hi Mary! It’s a Certificate of Deposit that you put money in for a specific amount of time in your bank. After that specified time is up, you have the option to take it out or put more money into it.

Thank you so much Trisha for responding to this question! The CD's in the US have a set interest rate for the amount of time you choose to purchase them for. I am buying 12 month CD's so I will get the set interest rate for 12 months. Just another way to diversify our funds!

Wahoo Natasha! SO happy you got your happy mail and that you love everything! Heck yes...ever dollar counts! A CD Ladder is where you purchase 1 CD every month for 12 months straight. This creates a ladder. If you want more information on this I recommend you go check out Debt Free Jessie...she is the one who taught me about them!!
