Long Live the Ocean of Wisdom! While I agree with HH that it is promising that Chinese people appreciate Tibetan Buddhism, I feel that Chinese people need to do something about their government. We recently found out that the Chinese Communist Party had several "police stations" in Toronto where they probably harass and threaten Chinese citizens-this shows how brazen the CCP is. 27 years ago, I joined the Canada-Tibet Committee when I found out what the Chinese Communist Party had done to the Panchen Lama. We protested Chinese toy manufacturer's conventions, asking consumers not to buy Chinese-made toys at Christmas. Now, everything is made in China. We all need to be mindful when we go shopping. Not only has Tibet suffered from a horrible CCP occupation, but western banks are funding wars, deforestation, toxic waste and climate change. Even the oceans are becoming full of toxins and are considered unsafe to visit. We need to push hard to save our planet.
