Against a new Z Cell enemy he can turn them into paste with his active skill for their final phase. He’s also really good against any boss who’s final phase he has type advantage on covering up the weakness of guard wearing off like against Blue Gogeta.

Its really clear that this guy is designed for the cell max fight, which is good considering thats one of the hardest fights in the game. Hell eat his normals really well as a slot 2 unit in that fight. Id rather they make the ezas like this and make them good in a singular very hard fight then make them ok in a range of fights. The new ssj vegeta gets them before he gets hit meaning that his defense is not showing but is activated before the first hit

*when not 'once' mate i.e. their extra multiplicative defense activates AS the boss is about to strike them not after the hit is registered. This is the best mechanic for Slot 1 tanks and I hope they keep using it cuz it will activate even if you dodge the 1st attempted hit.

he seems decentish in 9th anniv fights and literal god incarnate in fusion zamasu meta i think super vegeta is the best eza tur for global as kefla cant handle fusion zamasu meta as much as super vegeta

I had times where first turn kelfla doesn’t dodged and yeah… Aoe normals just not it and sometimes even supers for context he aoes she doesn’t dodge boom ow.. before I even super because of vegetas early damage guard and defense he may be better than kelfla in that specific fight
