Land also disappears if the start of the section gets more than 100m away. maps are split into sections. You can see these sections when the ground has an angle where it should be smooth. This is why theres an invisible wall 50m back, so you cant fall off. Normally these sections arent long enough to disappear Bur for city, the water jump section continuously gets longer when you get further. When it gets past 100m long, it will disappear.

For number 55, that's on purpose. So what happens is go in a pool of water in real life and get 100ft deep. The pressure increases and also you drown. So, based on my evidence, he drowns and gets crushed. And also, if you got in water, your vehicle would stop working. Now I know you will say that how come the vehicle won't break on other maps, but that's because the vehicles might be slightly waterproof on the surface, but not that deep.
