25$ for 8 scoops of ice cream and so many added bonus topings and waffle and caramel candy to the side...Its no scam but a steal...2 scoops of mediocre ice scream are 6$ in almost all places no toppings 27$ is a great price...Especially in your region. They even discounted you which could make the employee be in trouble. I hope it was an employee discount and the owner dont mind. Sometimes I think your expectations need to be adjusted...I have seen ice cream on a cone be like 9-12$ with 2 scoops and 2 toppings...and im stingy there is no cheap ice cream if it aint from the store or street wendor selling only 1 type
