Hi Jan, those are elastic bands i bought them at Decathlon. Normally they are used as beach volleyballnets. Unfortunately they don't sell them anymore in my country (Belgium). If you're lucky you can find them online. Search for the WIZ NET Decathlon.

@@CoachThomasVlaminck I found something in decathlon but I think it's just proper net for beach volleyball, they have some pitch marking lines but I don't think they are elastic and that's a potential hazard if player trip on them so I might look for something else. thank you for the reply!
