If you want to see something similar, you can lookup "downhill trike". They are usually homemade with the back wheels covered with large pvc to get crazy drifting.

I know I am going to sound like a bot for saying it, but... I love Red Bull and try to support them as much as I can for what they have done for not only action sports, but cool sideshow events like this that build community and bring people together in a positive way. Red Bull has probably done more for action sports than the X Games, and just always seem to be behind everything cool. Also, the drinks are top shelf. The new grapefruit one is maybe the best energy drink I have had in my life.
