% Gurrented, perfect hoga hi hoga. 5-6 time rasmalai benaya tha har wakt thand ho jane per hard ho jata tha, or small ho jata tha. But iss time pura perfect raha, freezer me rehene ke baad bhi. Thank you mam. Same trick pe rasgulle ke liye, mene. Chanchni ke gehah garam pani me boil kia, phir cold water me dala, Phir room temp wale chanchi me dub kia. Perfect rasgulla ban gaya
