Went up to Hawkin this time. Dead chuffed. Can never remember logos and some of the pictures caught me out. Best subjects - the Body and English. Love these quizzes. I learn something every time.

The bonus could either have been a catapult or trebuchet. But would say the latter would be the one you were after. I hate logos: I know most, but can't guess them 😧 Though, some I've NEVER heard of -eg. FashionTV Even with only 3 from logos I still managed to be mid-range, of Dr. Stephen H: with usual odd miss-answer. Just to let you know, the vice grip question is actually lockable pliers: or similar, as vice grip is a trade name. It would not have been accepted, in a trade examination, back in the 1970s. 😁 Still,. guessed that was what you were after.

Some might say that the bonus answer is trebuchet but I think it would be a catapult since a trebuchet technically "slings" a projectile using a counter weight whilst a catapult launches one.

A trebuchet ' launches rocks over a large distance' via gravity multiplication of leverage x counterweight larger than projectile further multiplied by centrifugal force whereas a catapult just relies on tension for it's propulsion hence a shorter distance I would lean towards trebuchet but it is a case of read question master's mind... hard to know what he is thinking , but yes it does 'sling' instead of launch. hmmmm still scratching my head
