Yess my fiancé got the wrong size lmao. I'm currently in a diet though so I don't plan to downsize it until I'm back to my desired size 🥰

I ordered last week and all of mine were melted too. And sticky no matter how much I activate:/ I love their add ins tho and the fixers. Edit: my biggest complaint with this company was the scents. I ordered the Andover strawberry waffle…absolutely no scent.

Melting is completely normal! As long as it's not soup when you get it lmao. Activating slimes before shipping is super tricky because of the weather where you live, the weather where your customer lives, shipping times, etc. I only have a problem when it's either as stiff as a brick or melted really bad. If they send activator/softener however it's a lot better! I'm sure they scented the waffle slime, some scents tend to get eaten by the glue for whatever reason. I'm sure if you contact them they'll be able to help you out in some way 🥰

To me it doesn't matter how good the slimes could be from this company they have the absolute worst customer service and she has the most horrific bad attitude ever and I wouldn't spend a penny on this company She harassed me so badly I had to block her email address She lied so much about shipping that I disputed the charge with my bank and she went crazy on me and I never got anything from her so...
