We got back from Antigua and Barbuda after a one week stay and trust me the are indeed friendly, i was amaze definitely will be back love u guys, st kitts and Nevis island life

I think you're calling callaloo spinach by accident. Callaloo has a stronger earthier flavor and the leaves look totally different. But I'm happy you like it!!! It's nice to see that you enjoy Carribean flavors and culture. Since your mom is from Latin America you know many of our foods and cultures share a lot of the same things although we do have our unique differences. ☺️🇯🇲🙏🏾

As a trini must inform the woman making the roti that Trinidad have beautiful beaches but they are in the north and east of Trinidad because of the island being so close to Venezuela the water from the Orinoco flows into Trinidad 🇹🇹 😀 but there's one beautiful beach in deep south, Columbus bay

I am from Trinidad and have been to some of our Caribbean islands as far north as Cuba and Jamaica. Unfortunately, because of our geographic position and the pollution from South America, our beaches cannot be compared to the beaches that a lot the northern islands have been blessed with.

It's because Antigua is an older island. The ones with volcanoes, such as Monserrat, St Vincent, and Dominica, are new islands, still in the process of building.

I remember when we were a little kid. Still, everybody still in elementary school. Summoned diapers, mama pregnant with phones. She had 11 children. I remember the day daddy brought us some sugarcane home. And he peeled it and it wasn't that hard. It was. You couldn't just chill in swallowed. But it was so soft and moist and sweet. I love the chance I had to taste real sugar. Cane cause you don't See that everywhere it was delicious😅

David I hate to break this to you ,I did told you before when you was in Grenada the oil down you had in st.georges that was not the real urthentic oil down ,oil down is not soupy dish ,you had to go deep in country side on the island for someone who can cook real oil down to experience the real national dish .what you have in Antigua is not even close to oil down this dish you had in Antigua may taste like the semi version you had in Grenada not the real thing.

They always eat very well and of course I pay for all their meals. It just isn't something I show on camera because I don't think the audience is watching the show to see my guide eating. I would never not feed my staff or help. Just wanted to clarify.
