As someone who had an ear infection that resulted in cholesteatoma (an abnormal collection of skin cells deep inside your ear) which then ended in a perforated ear drum and now 40-50% hearing in my right ear for the rest of my life, I truly feel your pain.

infections can be really painful i recently got septic arthritis which is where you have sepsis and it gets into your hip joint its the most pain ive ever had 100x worse than breaking my leg

hope u get better i used to deal with this every week i was born with a perferated ear drum so i would get infections all the time the pain is annyoing and ear drops do not help

Lay on your side, drip some hydrogen peroxide in your ear and put a heating pad on it. Let it bubble in your ear for awhile. Yawn several times to get the peroxide throughout, then drain and repeat if necessary.

Get your wisdom teeth checked out. They can cause all sorts of inner ear issues.
