A nice episode. Really useful insights. Just one thing to improve upon is sound leve. You need to keep it same level for both the spekers. Otherwise as a listener I hears guest's voice 50% & you at 100%. And when you loughed it raised you to 300%. Like a geine lough!

I'm a big fan of your podcast! I really enjoy your content, but I have a suggestion for how you could improve the audio quality. I think the levels of the voices are a bit uneven. Sometimes the host's voice is too loud, and sometimes the guest's voice is too quiet. I think it would be better if you could level the audio so that both voices are at a similar volume. Also, I noticed a bit of background noise in some of the episodes. I think it would be great if you could use a noise gate to remove the background noise. This would make the audio sound much cleaner and more professional. Thanks for your hard work on your podcast! I really enjoy listening to it.
