Hand cam doesn't mean anything because if you can see around 8 minutes, he jumps off the building kill his opponent while locking on. I didn't include him not pulling down on the analog while jumping down to control recoil, which mean a software to reduce recoil. People say when pulling down on the analog you can control recoil. There is a difference between controlling recoil and reducing it. There is no such thing as controlling recoil only reducing it. When you reduce it you would still get recoil. You can only control recoil by having some sort of software. These people are not good and if Activision would step up and do something seriously about all of this then i bet all of these so-called streamers play a lot different. This dude isn't pulling down on the analog at all while shooting.
