did you prep the water like put 5 lbs of salt for every 100 gallon of water?

Your pond is WAY over stocked! 250 gallons per Koi is recommended. You will need a 31,250 gallon pond to sustain them. I'm not seeing much filtration or aeration. These Koi are doomed I'm afraid.

We will do an update video more than likely when we bring them inside for the winter. Hard to video smaller fish in the pond. They are between 3-8" slow growers but healthy.

i have to work on the pond this weekend and can try to get an update video of them. The larger ones I have are about 12" from the babies in this video.
