100kw commercial power plant costs aprox 50 lakhs and upward if you include solar pannel mounting structure because you cant keep pannels on the ground or roof without mounting structure.. and power buyback price in andhra pradesh is rs.2.5 per unit from solar which i 33k per month and total pay back period of 12 years if you are lucky and if you dont have to pay bank interest.. and NO YOU DONT HAVE SUBSIDY
