These are all useful in witchcraft and magick I use cloves for hexes, crossed condition and jinx to get rid of it just boil the spice and mix it with your favorite cream and apply all over the skin or where you feel you need to break or release something like a hex or jinx and crossed conditions. 😊

In Ayurveda Natural East-Indian remedies we use all plants--leaves, flowers, roots, barks; herbs, spices and our Creator's given knowledge to health & vitality. The two oldest countries, China and India were huge on Natural health care and people thrived until Westerners brought thier phamakia sorcery now watch what happens to these two countries populations in next 20-30 years. Living longer but pharma pill popping isn't the answer. Living well for ones natural life is a blessing knowing no one but transhumans can live long until destroyed. We are sojourner here in earth. To that end I use food and plants and herbs/spices as my health & wealth

Please, go beyond this video for further info on specific herbs, spices and supplements include fruits vegetables and berries, specific to what ails you. Type beneficial for blank disorder or benefits of or blank benefits. I have been doing tons of research on this, and this video is cool but it does not have time, to go into details like tons of missing benefits and some have scientific research too. I have bought about 90 ingredients so far this year for my daily health powder. I feel way better than I did I started with everything I could find for mental stuff and just kept going. I have 90 ingredient powder mix 6 teaspoons per day. I Thank God for all this crazy cool stuff. Will try to avoid meds forever. But if I ever need them I'll take them. I also after KZbin look some up online and even read some of the medical and research studies. Some I can not understand 😢

@blissedzone
@blissedzone 11 ай бұрын
Certain species of hibiscus, particularly Hibiscus sabdariffa, have medicinal properties. Hibiscus tea, made from the dried calyxes of the roselle flower, is known for its potential health benefits. It is rich in antioxidants and may help lower blood pressure and cholesterol levels, among other claimed benefits.

A very important property of some of these plants that you did not include is their blood thinning properties. I can not use Milk Thistle and some others because I take blood thinning medication. Too much can lead to internal bleeding and the inability for your blood to clot enough to stop any bleeds.
