Hi maam, amazing session. Had 2 doubts. In Q23) how was the first sentence wrong? A cousin can be a sister also na? As the gender of the person is not specified in the later statements?? In Q24) Shouldn't the answer be "It is 2pm" only as whenever we say 2pm, it is understood that it would be afternoon only? whether we are asked about time or time of day?

In English, cousin is gender-neutral, so it already includes both brothers and sisters. And 2 o'clock is more formal, and pm already indicates the afternoon. So, 'It is 2 pm in the afternoon' should be incorrect imo. ( 'I had two doubts' is incorrect, as it suggests the doubts have likely been solved... Sorry I'm not being a grammar nazi here)

Cousin bro or sis is redundant. It is 2 pm is good. But in prescriptivist English that is used in exams, they often take some very formal expressions. In this case, it is - 2 pm in the afternoon, as they are asking about time of day. However, in spoken English, it suffices to say - it is 2 pm.
