Besana Ladu Recipe ( Odia ) | Besan Ladoo Recipe by Mrunalinee | Besan Ladoo using powdered Sugar | Besan ladoo without Boora | Besan Ladoo without using Tagar | Ladoo Recipe Mrunalinee : Besana Ladu ( Besan ladoo ) is a popular sweet In India. Which is prepared with few available ingredients at home such as gram flour, sugar and clarified butter . Traditionally it is made with Boora / Tagar ( Sugar cooked with ghee ) . But , here I have shown the simple and easy way of making 100% perfect Besan ladoo using powdered sugar or sugar powder . So, learn how to make the super tasty and perfect besan ladoo in this video made by mrunalinee.
Ingredients : ** Here 1 cup = 125 gm **
1. Gram flour ( Besan / Besana ) - 1½ cup or 12 tbsp
2. Clarified butter ( Ghee ) - 8 tbsp
3. Powdered Sugar - 6 tbsp ( or adjust according to your taste )
4. Semolina ( Sooji / Suji ) - 3 tbsp
5. Dry nuts ( finely chopped cashew, pistachio etc. )
6. Green Cardamom powder - 1 tsp or 3 nos
