Today I joined a server where 100 Players were split into 4 Civilizations and left completely alone to deal with different challenges whilst trying to build up their Civilization. Which Team will be the last one standing when the borders eventually drop and War begins.... Let's find out!

Honestly, great leadership and tactics. You and your team kept each other safe, pooled resources, and built each other up. It was cool to see a leader actually being a leader! I think your biggest mistake was not going after Orange team first. The Green and Blue alliance was weak due to lack of trust, yet you chose them first, leading to the members of the Alliance to scatter with your team chasing after them, ignoring the threat of Orange team, who might i add was seen in the Dwarven Caves but was ignored, leading to an obvious flank that went unchallenged as your team was too scattered to combat them efficiently. This brought down your numbers causing your downfall. Other than that this vid was AWESOME, I had fun watching it. ❤

Lesson, dont be too stacked or you'll get teamed on, and dont be too weak or you'll be killed easily. and, build relationships early so that you have less future enemies

You forgot keeping your team in order and fortify more. Red's numbers would've been closer to the alliance if Red had stayed orderly and not get separated, Sword realised this too late. A hundred one man armies would lose to 100 well organised players working as team, even if they're less skilled individually. Red team when on the defense were just waiting out in the open. The only fortification they had was a single tower. Red had the advantage when attacking with how much stronger they were, but they were ill equipped for defending. With their numerical disadvantage, their best bet would've been to funnel the enemies to take away their strength in numbers.

Letting 32st keep the armor was the most crucial mistake. He had shown he wasn't a team player by hiding the fact that he was trying to craft knight armor for himself. And he just proved it by separating thinking he is strong and giving up free armor to the most stacked team. 😂 Props to artee, he was the best choice for the armor because he was always there with sword. I reckon Eldeathly would've been the same if Sword gave him the chance and chose him as one of the 3 knights instead of 32st

Things I noticed on why red lost: Red, during the events were well prepared and well organised. Due to that, they quickly gained the advantage. However, when it came to fighting Red's organisation quickly fell apart. They splintered too much and suffered many deaths because of this. Most teams in these kinds of videos lose for this reason: they lose cohesion, go their separate ways and get killed one by one. Teams with high numbers get beaten by smaller team this way. Glad to see Sword realised this, but it was too late by then. Sword and many other leaders also focus far too much on fighting. They're leaders; they should be more focused on the teams position and cohesion, not fighting. That's what soldiers are for. Red was far more organised than others, but they can be much better. People were running off doing their own thing. Sword should've organised them into groups: some would mine and farm, others would build. Building was something Red lacked. Just because it was better than the other teams doesn't mean it was good. Their base lacked proper fortification; ways to limit the attacker's numbers. All they had was a tiny tower and a couple houses. Sword's best option would've been to move his team to one of the custom structures. If they weren't allowed to break spawners then it would just be an extra layer of defense. Out of all the teams, Blue's was best defensively, since they were located strategically and more fortified. They should've built more defendable structures. For example a tower would force attackers to tower up or climb ladders, leaving them vulnerable to attacks.

It's so nice to be back with this Civilization format with the blend of Hunger Games from your past videos you did so well with.
