Loved Ian Rush, I believe Kenny give him a bollocking early on about him not running toward goal, have to say the Rush Dalgleish partnership was awesome, his pace and Kenny's precision was unstoppable.

Rush was one of the best , loved him , went away to Juvay but came back and just started all over again . when Rush scores Liverpool never lose

Leeds fan here We got Ian Rush from Liverpool in 1996 and used him as a midfielder for some reason but the one game he played up front against Chelsea he scored twice lol great great player forget he actually left for one season could have had nearly 400 goals for Liverpool

they were flash in the pans, especially suarez, he only "did it" for a season and a half. Torres a bit longer to be honest though

British footballers aren't as tactically or technically skilled as footballers on the continent . That is why Ian Rush failed in Italy.
