Here we have episode 2 of the Vending Machine challenge!
We take $100 to a Pokémon vending machine and chase profit to rip into some bonus vintage packs.
3 different ways we rip into vintage:
- we profit (make +$0.01 profit ontop of the money spent)
- we profit double, make back the investment and that same value again in profit on top
- we pull the randomly selected pokemon out of any pack.

I've heard of vending machines similar to those in locations around the US, mainly in largely populated cities. Finally off work and able to watch your video. I definitely enjoy the vending machine challenges also. It’s different and interesting especially with extra chance with the Pokémon generator. Congrats on hitting mareep. And with that the best hits came from the pack that counts most, at least to a bunch of us. I keep figuring you’re going to miss a regular video drop, but you’ve hit them all so far. I know I’ll get hurt at some point I just hope it’s nothing major, but I am super excited to be getting a skateboard again. The town I’m in built a cool concrete skatepark a year ago, and I want Togo check it out. Anyway, I wish you safe travels and I hope your weekend hits soon and have a chance to relax and spend time with the family.

I'm thinking we'll open our Pokerev Next Destinies pack later this (northern hemisphere) summer. Don't think I need to keep guessing the base set but we'll go with Squirtle today.

My issue with vending machines is that you do not know where the loose packs are coming from. That is why I prefer to get sealed products from them but sometimes it cannot be helped. Gyarados

Yep I get that completely. Thankfully the two vending machine brands near me are on the larger side so I do tend to trust they just break down sealed products for their packs.

I got back into pokemon during legendary treasures. Great set, i pulled the gold Zekrom. Almost have a complete set. Still need the golden Reshiram and that Lugia EX. Got the entire radiant collection complete

Honestly would sleeve every single card from the B&W pack. Even the commons and uncommons have value these days. I want to recommend something: I think you should title this video "$100 Pokémon Vending Machine CHALLENGE! Episode 2" and remove the "Vintage opening hit!", which is a spoiler and sort of deflates any anticipation while watching the video.

Most definitely, sleeved them all up just didn’t want to bore everyone with doing that whilst I was filming. Yep I feel ya and am sorry, I can never get those headers spot on. And I try to make a title what will help the video get the right attention for view. I know that shouldn’t be the goal but vintage opening in the title always seems to help views. If I don’t put it or explain somehow that it’s got vintage opening in it so many ppl don’t watch 😥 need to find the right balance I guess.
