10 different variations of push-ups with 10 repetitions. Try to do them all. If you could not reach the end - do not despair, at this stage try to do it with the rest you need and divide the exercises, practice and soon it will become possible!
If you find it difficult to do 100 push-ups in one approach, then do it in 10 approaches. Divide 100 push-ups into 10 approaches and do them with a short rest. Also, if this is a large volume for you (for example, for you this is an even greater load), then do 10 sets of 5 repetitions. But it is very important to progress in the future.
Also, for those professional athletes whose level is very high, I recommend doing these push-ups with a small additional weight (for example, in a briefcase) + 5-10 kg.
