+Ishan Hendre 0:27 - Krzysztof Kieslowski is one of the best directors of the world, best known for his film it , Amateur , Case , Without End , The Double Life of Veronique , as well as the cycles of the Decalogue and Three Colours . 0:45 - Winner of many prestigious awards at festivals in Chicago , Berlin ........ Golden Lions awarded at the Venice Film Festival for his film , Three Colors ; Blue. Born in 1941 in Warsaw , he graduated from the State Higher School of Theatre and Film , taught at the Faculty of Radio and Television University of Silesia , and in 1978-1981 he was vice-president of the Polish Filmmakers Association 1:42 - He says, all his films speak about someone who does not know how to live , who to the end does not know what is good and what is bad and desperately looking for answers , what it all , today one hundred questions to christopher . 2:06 - Good Morning, hello everybody, and immediately remember that he is open our phone , you also can take an active part in the program and direct questions to our guest , we also have to master a lot of questions , so what surprises me is pessimism , which is granted in your statements and films. Well, in a few statements I found such a statement as this ; that if you had the chance today to manage your life would you instruct a pan completely different , such a statement , such as the fact that every biography is the story of disappointments , and most dissapoint me my own , but adds you here ; country. -Whence at you when you collect so many awards and honors, that you are actually considered to , as a pillar of European cinema which is probably for the director is a great achievement , from where with you so pessimistic ? KK: You know , it just is not that man is born a pessimist or an optimist , I was born pessimist pessimist and die. Oh , that is no special reason , just your character ? KK: No, there are special reasons , I think the nature of the genetic or biological , or if you want to call there . These are not the events in your life? KK: Well , I will not say that the events in my life so well arranged , so simply is too does my character, and maybe it is just that someone is a pessimist it anyway sees everything in such a way and it's not the council has People: From what expression emerges, a man not only very sensitive but a masochist who selected specifically for his life doing what he does not like, because you just have several times stated that you are all bored, otherwise, the choice is yours as to director, you say that you do not like railway stations, trains, but still you have to come back, why? KK: You know what, ask yourself this question and is not an answer, not that that I do not like railway stations and trains, I like ride a train more than by plane, but do not hate take any pictures at the stations, I do not like scenes with animals, with children, while it is true that whatever you write, in this scenario, there is always a train, animals and children, in a word, everything that you do not like to photograph. I do not know how it happens, you called me a masochist, I'm not a masochist, I am a pessimist, but not a masochist, it is a difference. {PEOPLE }But you're a bit about torture KK: Everyone torture, Ms. terribly likes to get up in the morning? I think the lady just does not like me {POEPLE} On the other hand, you are a man of many contradictions, on the one hand you have great success, you are intellectual cinema, on the other hand, many things you really do not like, I read in the book about you, said you that you are a craftsman, not a artist and that in general the film rarely rubs against the piece, it's very strange sounds of your mouth already, which therefore is art? KK: Why strange in my mouth is, so quite rational assessment of the industry in which operates, in my opinion, rare film art is sometimes several times in history he might have succeeded but no more. [PEOPLE]And thoughts, the intellectual content of your films is also crafts? KK: YY, I do not know if there is a profound intellectual content, I think that I tell stories, and you find more, even sometimes more than I want [PEOPLE]Yeah, why did you always reluctant to journalists who interpreter Mr. films KK: THIS is not true, I have nothing against journalists, while it is true that I do not like sloppy, I do not like how your clock in a hurry with a minute and a half, just do not like the mud on the sidewalk, I do not like journalists who are not prepared to this conversation and just then write very often things untrue, it is a question of confidence, I'm sorry that happened to the country that I say, but I think we have something like this in our country, as the loss of credibility, maybe it never was, too as can be, but do not have yet the values of journalism, I read, really, a bit know yourself and your own life and read the amount of things untrue, not resulting from malice journalist, just sloppy, sloppy, she did not want him to see writes anything, I read really, tens or hundreds of sentences that really have nothing to do with reality together with the fact that I have more years, or less than I have, in every sphere of facts appear things that are untrue, and therefore receive world, since so many mistakes, find a place on TV or literkach, which applies to other matters if I can believe this. [PEOPLE]- In the movies of your decisive role is played by destiny, from which you can not escape, I address it the fate of the characters, but I think also our fate, whether by deciding to resign from filming movies you believe that you can really get away from your destination? KK: And we do not know what is my destiny? [PEOPLE]- I believe that this is filmmaking KK: I believe that my purpose today is to have a little peace, to going. [PEOPLE] - We return to the subject that is sensitive for you, but interesting for the audience, you said that you will not already shaking his films, whether it is a final decision? KK: Ma'am, let's say that this is so, there is a train that is called culture, this train is a car, which is called the movie, this train ... this is a weak train, going backwards and forwards, not knows where to turn, often standing at a red light, I think that this train is terribly a late now, in relation to another train, who's called civilization, culture is terribly delayed, while in the car with the inscription film, which is crowded and uncomfortable , it has no seats in the car I report you and you, that frees up space in August, I just now got out of the car. [PEOPLE]- In the book, you said that you ends with fear, and why, before being KK: Before all, above all seriously saying that I start to speak the language which will not be received, it is terribly difficult to communicate today, I'm scared of it. [PEOPLE] - But you are a young artist, you have only 50 years KK: I have 53 years and I think I'm already a creator, to whom must be retirement, he applied and can we end this. [PEOPLE] - And you think of a greater rapprochement to the theater? KK: No, I do not think about anything closer. [PEOPLE] - On the other hand, what else says Krzysztof Piesiewicz which you executed the last 17 films, namely he claims that Kieslowski and Piesiewicz have yet creative plans. KK: You have to ask Piesiewicz, I suggest the next 100 questions to Piesiewicz. -
