Although She didn't voice Mileena and Kitana in the finalized MKX version she did recorded the game in it's entirety but NRS change some stuff after in the story and when they called her to re record the lines she was at bed rest by the hospital and NRS told her that since she can't come and re record they'll have to recast hance why Karen Strassman reprise her role from MK9, later they informed her that her voice efforts(the grunts, screams, etc) would be kept in the finalized version along with Karen Strassman speaking lines, later on Grey Griffin did voice both Kitana and Mileena again in the animated films of Mortal Kombat legends, although Mileena's character was cut, they kept Kitana's character and you can hear the same grunts and screams of MKX in the film along with Grey's performance of Kitana

I really love how Karen Strassman's Kitana and Mileena sound but she is allegedly a Trump supporter and anti-vax, she was caught liking post of Trump related stuff along with anti-vax posts, but never said anything about it just stayed silence.
