Sir , you are 100% right! I gave up sugar and oil . I lost my weight and feeling energetic. Not eating fried food. Not eating out , May be once month. Eating home made vegetarian food , with control portion.and every morning full body gentle exercise. Doing all with out gym or dietitian 😂. I was over 100 kg and now am 70 kg with lots of good energy 🙏🏼

Asslamu Alikum sir.. Alhamdulillah hum ye sab rules ko follow kar rhe he pichle 4 saal se. Bs except oil.. Zaitun use kiya but suit nai hua sir.. So I take it 1 or 2 table spoon refeind oil maximum. or 4 spoon use to other celebration days Thn Q so much ki, meri routein life ko remember karaane ke liye 😊

Assalamualaikum Dr. I have a sensitive question. My mother in law passed away few days back. She was totally fine without any symptoms. Although she had diabetes, blood pressure, cholesterol and thyroid, she never missed her medicines and followed good diet and followed tips you mention. The day she deceased, she was happy and totally fine. At 6 in the evening she said she had a different kind of burp. Later after an hour she had urge to pee, when she went in the bathroom she sat on the floor. Immediately she was taken out of bathroom and fed her water. There was foam coming out of her mouth. We immediately rushed to the hospital but on the way she gave up. We were not able to rectify the reason behind her death. Can you please let me know what it could be, looking at the last minute symptoms??

@@shaikh6231 actually by the time we reached the hospital she was dead. Doctors suggested postmortem to know the reason, but we denied to do so.
