(100) - Temu Package - Lock 1

Hello Everybody!
Here is the first lock from a recent Temu order I did.
I should know what to expect by now and stop ordering this crap.. but you never know, I might get surprised one day!

Mate I was hoping that you would use a shim, I was thinking when you turned the key at the start and it was very crunchy that it may be a Skeleton core. Yeah dead bolts open counter clockwise, they are a good opportunity to use a plug spinner as I'm too used to picking clockwise and forget. When you have to use a follower that is too small you can attach with sticky or a elastic band, or just slip a tension wrench length in with the follower to take up the slack so you have more control over the gutting. Yeah..I learned with the other Ali Express lock I did. That was a skeleton core and I ended up jamming it 😝 So glad I remembered… it still exploded due to the tensioner but I’ll remember the tip you just gave me! Thanks PW as always ⭐️🔒⭐️🔒

Nice picking, Cranky! Yeah the lock didnt sound good at all! Not with the key and crunchy with the pick! Stick and jiggle for the win! That mount is cool as well! I hate skeleton cores! Shims are always a good idea! Especially on really nice locks or extremely cheap locks 😅
