@Rob2628 Thank you very much for that Build! First: With this build the Sorcerer still blasts.. the damage is still there. Second: You dont die! I can play any affixes on Nightmare 100 and It just does not matter. The best part about it is that you have infinite Mana too. Cause you spend 100 Mana and you trigger a chain lightning. It solves all the problems I had with Ball Lightning and puts it on a whole nother level!

Mana requirements for chain lighting to proc goes down if you have mana cost reductions, I'm on 48 mana chain lighting proc because I've replaced the ring with +3 mana gen with blue rose ring. Blue Rose is very good on dps also, it doesn't seem but it is because of those procced Ice Spikes. Edit: something I forgot to say I prefer to use Chain Lighting on bar so I can proc it every 1-2 seconds since buff for vulnerabile and +10% mana from paragon board is activated after 2 ball lightings on my case. For ice debuff to proc, I'm using Frost Bolt enchantment since it is applying to all skills used and gets you +15% chill on use, this can stagger bosses very fast with all our ball lightings up and chain lighting.

Ehh Chaint L Enchant does not benefit from mana cost reduc. you mean the legendary node, but with outh triggering it frequently it has little point.

Only immortal in theory. A rf rogue with even a decent build rocking tibaults will 1 shot any of these builds Rob is showcasing in pvp. Only exception is competent pvp focused builds. If anyone doesn’t believe me, I’m open to show you. I have a rf rogue with level 10 glyphs, if you survive 1 rapidfire burst in either of Robs builds with no changes for pvp I’ll salvage all of my Uber uniques in a video. Not saying Rob or his communities builds are bad. They’re amazing at what they’re designed for. These just aren’t built for pvp and all it’s weird caps.

Thanks for this post however a question. I don't have Chaco, but i do have the amulet and all other aspects. Is it normal that i cannot select the Chain Lightning on my enchantments, it's not selected in your skilltree either so i have no clue how you are able to select it anyway. Does Shaco override and pretend as you selected the chain lightning? Is there perhaps a change you recommend for people who don't have shaco yet? Thanks in advance!

Rob this build was done by other creators (Emily/Feather) over 3 weeks ago. At least give them credit… Also, the best version has Ahavarion so when you see their planners try it out. That and dmg reduction from burning with the skill of extra dr from burning plus the paragon of dr vs burning is better.

You could use the aspect with Damage reduction on basic hit, health roll and cooldown roll, it would be very close, but the only downside is missing + 4 on the skill ranks. If you don't care about defense, you could use a godslayer crown, it gives you more damage.

OK so i took out 1 point from Align The Elements and put that skill point into Chain Lightning so I can slot the enchantment. Does that sound OK? Also, according to your planner, I am using Flame Shield / Mystical Flame Shield for the mana regen. Thanks for the replies. Take care.

Oh nice! Eager to test this out - I have the gear and aspects but some of my stuff don't have the listed affixes (for example I have DR from close enemies, max armor % instead of DR while injured, from burning enemies, etc). WIll this build work without those?

You need to stack DR injured on pants and boots. Notice in the video that he has almost no life. He purposely takes damage until he’s almost dead so that he’s injured. Then he has huge DR injured rolls which make this work on top of the Resilient vampire power
