Have faith in JESUS CHRIST as LORD and SAVIOR for HE SAVES from hell❗️ *What is the Gospel?* The true gospel is the good news that God saves sinners. Man is by nature sinful and separated from God with no hope of remedying that situation. But God, by His power, provided the means of man’s redemption in the death, burial, and resurrection of the Savior, Jesus Christ. Ephesians 2:8-9 For it is by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of GOD, not a result of works, so that no one may boast. Romans 10:9 9 because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. JESUS CHRIST can come anytime! @Star I don't see as much tangling or webbing of my hair. Very little breakage. I use to see hair all over the floor. My hair actually feels stronger and softer too. I know that sounds odd but it's strong and soft. I have 0,3,4,5 but using #3 alone is enough to see a difference.

Hair feels soft when the cuticles on it are open. Try this: if you wet your hair with cold water, which tends to close cuticles, your hair will feel coarse. If you wet your hair with warm or hot water, it will feel much softer, because heat opens the cuticles. The N°0 product opens the cuticles, both to allow the bond rebuilding formula in it to penetrate and to allow the subsequent products to penetrate. It is not meant to make your hair soft but to open the cuticles. Your hair getting soft is just a side effect. It is also not meant to last: once you use the subsequent product, wash and rinse, the softening effect is cancelled. Bottom line: any treatment meant to penetrate is helped by anything that opens the cuticles, so it is always best to start with warm water. Once the treatment is done, it is best to use cool or cold rinsing water, which closes the cuticle and seals in the treatment. You can use the N°0 product to prep for any other penetrative treatment, even treatment that is not Olaplex. For example, if you do a hair mask, it is a good idea to use the N°0 product right before, as it will help the hair mask to penetrate. Just be careful with using heat as it also dries out hair. When your cuticles are open, the moisture in your hair evaporates, so only open the cuticles on your hair to nourish it, and otherwise try to keep those cuticles closed by not exposing your hair to heat. Also, never wash your hair with cold water, as the cuticles will stay closed and the gunk and product that accumulated in the crevices of the cuticles will not come out. It is always a good idea to rinse your hair in warm water for a few minutes before using the shampoo rather than lather up as soon as your hair is wet. And make sure not to open your cuticles when applying hair styling products, you DON'T want those products to get inside your hair shaft. People tend to think heat damages hair but product doesn't. Yes, product does damage your hair if you let it penetrate your hair, where it will be sealed in and continually absorbed by cells. You want the styling product ON your hair, not IN your hair. So open the cuticles for cleaning and nourishing, but close them before using styling products.
@dollyrevenge98
@dollyrevenge98 2 жыл бұрын
No offense but most of what you said is false. Hair is softer and shinier when cuticles are CLOSED not open. Open cuticles actually make the hair feel rough and coarse to the touch (not the other way around as you mention) and are often the result of harsh alkaline products such as hair colors, relaxers or over manipulation. Also water in general only slightly opens up and swells up the cuticles especially warmer water, however cold water does not seal or close the cuticles, that is actually a myth. Conditioners and treatments are what closes and smooths the cuticles allowing for smooth, shinier hair. Olaplex No.0 is a primer to Olaplex No.3 so IMO it's pointless and defeats it's purpose to use it with another product. Lastly, Olaplex products are PH balanced, which means that they do not open the cuticles.

i just splurged on the olaplex hair perfector so this came at a perfect time! salons where i am can run you $150+ for a wash, blow dry and god forbid a treatment. so i don't feel bad treating myself once in a while to a luxury product i can get many wash days out of 🤷🏿‍♀

Soooo true. I just said this to my sister today. We were going to Harlem to get our silk press and they charge me a little more because of how thick my hair is. I added everything up. The train ride, the salon experience… all of that was gonna run me a good 200 bills so im definitely investing in this. Lol

Hands down , Olaplex is a great product when used correctly. The bonds of my hair are stronger, hair is shinier, less breakage. I use the Olaplex 0 and 3 every when needed to retain healthy hair. And trim any broken or thin ends. Awesome product line.

Olaplex has a no. 8 Deep conditioning masque, which I think works better for our hair than the no. 5, but the true secret sauce is in no. 1 and no. 3. Those are the real treatment products. I recommend using products specifically for type 4 hair for the rest of your wash day.
@anderiafrank4116

N0. 5 Conditioner gave my hair life after that 4c shampoo and then I add No. 8 on top of it and girl the tangles started melting away. I have thick 4b midback length hair and it usually takes me 35 mins to detangle my entire head. After using the No. 5 and No. 8 it took me 15 mins to detangle. I was in love. I spent $300 on the entire line full size bottles, but it was worth it and I will continue to buy. Plus, I had used heat 3 times in 3 weeks. Lol. I had no heat damage after using the product. My curls bounced back especial after no. 0 and No.3 and number 4c made them clump back together. It's a must have for me.

The No. 5 conditioner was good and conditioned my hair well upon initial use. However, when I added a mixture of my grape seed oil, argon oil and sweet almond oil and sat under a hair dryer with a plastic cap, the conditioner was bomb! The oils certainly made a difference for my hair. My hair felt well conditioned, soft and more manageable.

Instead of #5 bond maintenance conditioner, Olaplex should’ve sent you #8 intense moisture mask- #8 is a must for natural hair. I swear you would’ve enjoyed #8.

I was able to get the 250ml of No 3 for £33 during black Friday, according to Google that's $44. I swear I'll make this last a year lol 😅

Been planning to get this, but the price mehn!! The website says each bottle can only be used up to twice. Im still saving up. I just use broke man’s protein treatment.

This was such a great and honest review! I would caution everyone on using these products if they don’t really need them. While it’s not a protein treatment, a lot of people have complained that it over strengthens their hair and made it fall out. Using before or after some sort of styling (heat, color, relaxer, etc) is probably the best way to use it

Don't worry about the smell. Most chemicals lose their smell through evaporation. For example, if you rinse your hair with a vinegar solution, once your hair is dry, it will absolutely not smell of vinegar. The question is whether the smell is fragrance. When we are talking about fragrance, we are talking about chemical formulations designed to leave a deposit which doesn't evaporate and continues to smell even after it is dry, usually some kind of oil. For example, in shampoo, the smell that lingers is not the smell of the active ingredients but the smell of scent added specifically for that purpose. This is why sometimes it happens that your shampoo smells like one thing while you are using it but your hair smells different from that after it dries: what you smelled in the shower was both the smell of the active ingredients and the smell of the fragrance, but once your hair dried, all that remained was the smell of the fragrance. An excellent example of this is laundry detergent and fabric softener: when you smell it in the bottle, it has a strong chemical scent, but your clothes don't smell like that after washing them. And this is why we suck at finding fabric softener that makes our clothes smell good: it never smells the same in the bottle as what your clothes end up smelling like. So don't be intimidated by the smell of the products you use, give them a chance. Chances are the scent that will be left over will be different from what you smell in the bottle.

Yes it was, I find that with olaplex a little goes a long way tbh. I probably have like 8 or so uses left if I have to guess. I applied one more glob of the amount of conditioner I showed on camera and that was enough
