Great review man very simple and straight to the point and I’m glad you showed how the fan turns on and off when it reaches the temp

Great video. I have the same smoker, but I run a thermoworks signals system with the billows fan. The temperature control is very accurate. The only thing that I do not like is all of the wires for probes and fan connections. Have you checked the accuracy of the internal pit temp with another thermometer source? I’m curious about the probe depth of the unit going through the double insulated door. If it is accurate I am going to purchase it for myself. Thanks for sharing your video.
